These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 7Click platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Users under the age of 14 must obtain parental consent before using our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Contract Conclusion and Content

A contractual relationship is established upon your registration for our services. By registering, you agree to receive service-related communications from us via email, including important updates about your account and our services.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to use our platform to publish, transmit, or distribute content that is:

• Threatening, insulting, or harassing to any individual
• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Racist, violent, or promoting hatred against any group
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise degrading
• Promoting illegal activities or criminal behavior
• False, misleading, or deceptive in nature

4. Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time for free plans. For paid subscription plans, accounts will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Liability Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties regarding service quality, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of our services is limited to the greater of:

• The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
• One hundred euros (€100)

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against 7Click.

The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of arbitration in Hong Kong, and the decision will be final and binding.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of 7Click Limited or their respective owners. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Hong Kong.
